StampCut is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to capture and collect stamp images for your own enjoyment.

Intellectual Property

The StampCut app, including its design and code, is owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

User Content

Images captured through StampCut are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to photograph any stamps or materials you capture.

Pro Purchase

The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited stamps and watermark-free exports. It is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in with the same account.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or other damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
